Long-time friends and collaborators, Jo Smith and Sonia Goulding, have joined forces to create The Little Welsh Food and Drink Company.

Taking the best of our fresh and fantastic local produce, imbued with the region’s distinct influences and flavours, our carefully curated menus are designed to bring you the finest that North East Wales has to offer, and we can happily prepare our delicious food to accommodate any special dietary requirements.

We will also collaborate with other local companies and guest chefs to create specially themed evenings, where diners will get to meet the maker behind the food, providing an exciting, unique, and constantly evolving dining experience.

Additionally, we are introducing Indulgent Bakes by Post, delicious homemade tray bakes, such as chocolate brownies, millionaire’s shortbread, flapjacks, and seasonal specials, freshly prepared with the finest Welsh ingredients, and popped into the post the same day they are baked, beautifully packaged, and with a personalised message, if you wish. The packaging is designed to fit into your letterbox, with no need for a signature. Whether as a thoughtful gesture or as a special surprise, these indulgent treats are the perfect way to show someone you care.
